Aloha du Vin

This sapele mahogany cellar was built in Hawaii as a retreat for a Wall Street investor. It combines unfinished woods and highly lacquered trims. The butcher block counter top creates a very hard and beautiful surface for tasting and serving wine. Opposite the cellar a wall of glass opens onto a lush, tropical garden. One can hear the Pacific ocean crashing on the rocks below as they sip the finest wines of Bordeaux and Burgundy.
